Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through our nominated payment providers. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a standard shipping fee of $10 applies. Express shipping is available for $15 on all orders. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

The return request is initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, assembled, or altered, or for clearance or final sale items (unless damaged or faulty).
To initiate a return, email info@lampz.com.au with your order number, a brief explanation, and photos if the item is damaged or faulty. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using tracked shipping. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@lampz.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
